Cancellation policy

We rely on the cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations.

Cancellation fees are:

  • No fee up to 3 months prior to arrival
  • 40 % of the total agreed price up to 1 month prior arrival
  • 70 % of the total agreed price up to 1 week prior arrival
  • 90 % of the total agreed price in the last week prior arrival

Additional information

  • We offer you free parking space in front of our farm
  • Smoking is not allowed in our rooms
  • The minimum-stay is 3 nights
  • We do not accept pets in the rooms
  • You can pay the room at arrival or make a bank transfer before arrival
